I know that a weight loss journey isn’t just physical (far from it!) — which is why my program addresses the mental and emotional aspects of your health journey, too.

The Details:

  • ONE-ON-ONE COACHING: this is my most in-depth offering!
  • 12 week online weight loss transformation program
  • Weekly 90 minute phone/video coaching calls (this is where we do a lot of the deep work, it’s not something to be afraid of–it’s something to be excited about!)
  • Individualized workout plan — completely UNIQUE to you!
    One person might receive mostly strength workouts for the gym and another might receive a running/cardio based program with more at-home workouts. We work together to figure out what works for you and we change things up as we go to keep you motivated and on track with your goals.
  • You will also receive a nutrition plan/approach (again, tailored to you — I will NEVER give the same program to two people.)
  • Accountability is the most important component of this program!
    If daily check-ins and communication is what you need — that’s what we are going to do! Yes — even weekends! Because for me, those were the hardest days to stay on track. This is likely the component that you’ve been missing from other programs or coaches, or even in-person personal trainers.

Your success is my success. This communication will be purposely crafted to help set you up for success and we will have weekly and daily goal sheets and self-care exercises as well.
